HUMICONS

Humidity Intelligent Control System

The Challenge

Controlled environments need stable humidity, but legacy control arrangements can separate sensing, adjustment, and logging activities. HUMICONS focuses on integrating those functions so RH control becomes more stable, easier to read, and easier to operate.

The Approach

The approach is to review the conditioned room, evaluate humidity feedback requirements, compare the existing arrangement against the desired control behavior, and re-engineer the architecture into a more visible and maintainable PLC-based structure.

The Solution

A PLC + HMI based control framework is used as the core concept. The system connects humidity sensing, configurable setpoints, status information, trend visibility, alarm logic, and output control toward humidifier and dehumidifier response.

Performance

The visual above represents the improvement logic behind the project. Website visuals are simplified for presentation; formal performance confirmation should still rely on measured humidity stability, response quality, and alarm/event review metrics.
